put our hearts and souls into each one of our products. They are
everyday products meant for pairing with your everyday basics to
elevate them to the next level or take them in a new slightly exotic
direction. They are inspired by creative individuals and local
traditions we have encountered along the way. We invite you share

In 2003 , Vervacious founders Heidi and Mark sold
their New England Seacoast home and moved aboard their sailing ketch
Verve. They cruised the east coast of North
America from Newfoundland to
North Carolina, island-hopped the
Lesser Antilles, then sailed across the Atlantic Ocean by way
of the Azores to Portugal. After a summer
along the coasts of Portugal, Southern Spain and the
Balearic Islands they wintered in lovely Barcelona where they hatched the plan
for voyage inspired foods - Vervacious was
born.
Prior to life at sea
Heidi and Mark juggled careers in high-tech with their love of food
and travel. They have lived and cooked at various times in Paris, London
and Northern California – as well
as in their 200 year-old Federal-era home, which they faithfully
restored.
Vervacious started seeking
out the finest ultra-fresh truffles for discerning chefs
across the country during 2004. The accolades continue pouring in
week after week…
In 2007, after years in
development, Vervacious launched the collection of Voyage Inspired
Fancy Foods. Vervacious products are available in select
gourmet and specialty shops, scattered from Maine to
LA.
